Hello! I am an extremely curious and passionate Cyber Security Student with under a 2 years of experience working in Techonloy. I have previously worked on Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War & Call of Duty: Warzone in a QA Functional Game Tester capacity. I learned many new and interesting skills during my time with Activision and I am learning even more at my position at the Dunwoody College of Technology Help Desk. I am currently located in the Twin Cities Metro Area. For any internship opportunities I am willing to relocate for the duration of the position.

Information Technology Help Desk Technician

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a record of all user requests in the service desk ticketing software as a tool to track calls and establish metrics. Responsible for closing service desk calls as they are completed.
  • Provide computer and network technical support to users via ticketing system, telephone, and in-person. Assist users with a variety of technical issues dealing with various platforms, operating systems, applications, etc.
  • Provide a moderate amount of computer training to users to ensure an efficient and successful computing experience.
  • Setup, configure, and deploy computers and officially authorized software to users as a tool for performing their duties and responsibilities.
  • Respond to service desk calls within level-of-service guidelines and follow-up with users, as needed. Follow-up to include duplicating complex problems, if necessary, in the lab requiring elaborate setup and working with more senior members of the support or engineering staff to resolve complex issues. Alert manager to unusual problems or problem trends as they occur.
  • Perform maintenance tasks, including loading paper and toner, to the printer fleet.

Watch out for the monster from your TV! Collect the 4 batteries to recharge your remote control and defeat the monster. The themes for this Game Jam were Distortion & Stuck In A Loop. A Retro Runner Game with various inspirations from CRT TV’s to Grandma’s House! ReRun was created by a group of 7 Game Developer students over the course of 48 hours during UW Stout’s IGDA Fall 2023 Game Jam. Feel free to click the link to play the game in browser! CULT-ure War
Project Manager May 2023

Players are given the opportunity to have all the fun of starting a cult and gathering followers, without any disastrous consequences. Players will design their cult, and deity. Then gather followers in hopes of summoning the deity to defeat the opposing cults. First your opposing cults, then the world! Presented at Stout Game Expo in Spring 2023. As Project Manager I managed the other 3 team members tasks and made marketing material for the Expo. I also made sure the graphic design of paper parts of the game was consistent.

Fish Feast
Audio & UI Designer/Programmer Feb 2023

Fish Feast was created by a group of 8 Game Developer students over the course of 48 hours during UW Stout’s 2023 Game Jam hosted by the on campus IGDA club. In Fish Feast you play as a fish where your goal is to eat other fish and items in the ocean to eventually get big enough to eat the whole map! Fish Feast won the Most Innovative award. First 48 hour UW Stout IGDA Game Jam I participated in! Fall 2022 Semester. The themes for this Game Jam were Ethereal, Sun and Moon. Pixel Platformer. First time developing with the Godot engine. No awards. However I was the solo programmer with 5 artists! Feel free to click the link to check it out. Not my best work but was definitely a challenge. Not all features were implemented.
